1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yalla Warshe ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Yalla Warshe is an online marketplace that connects homeowners and property managers ("Clients") with construction and renovation professionals ("Professionals") in Lebanon. We are a technology platform only — we are not an employer, contractor, or agent of any Professional. We do not directly perform any construction or renovation services.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform's full features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate project descriptions, budgets, and timelines.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with Professionals.
• Negotiate and agree on all terms directly with the Professional before starting any project.
• Not use the Platform to solicit services outside of its intended purpose.

5. Professional Responsibilities

As a Professional, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your qualifications, experience, and services.
• Hold all required licenses, permits, and insurance for the services you offer.
• Deliver services with professional quality and care.
• Communicate transparently with Clients about project scope, timeline, and pricing.
• Not misrepresent your credentials or portfolio.

6. Payments

Yalla Warshe does not currently process payments between Clients and Professionals. All payment arrangements, including amounts, methods, and schedules, are agreed upon and handled directly between the Client and the Professional. We are not responsible for any payment disputes, non-payment, or financial losses arising from transactions between users.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose under Lebanese law.
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform by contacting users found through our service through other means to avoid Platform use.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Platform without our written consent.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Yalla Warshe or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Content you upload (such as portfolio photos and project descriptions) remains your property. By uploading it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Platform.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the qualifications, licenses, or backgrounds of Professionals listed on the Platform. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring any Professional.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any information on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law, Yalla Warshe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between Clients and Professionals, project defects, or financial losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yalla Warshe and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
